District Attorney Devalos is a traditional by-the-book lawyer and Allison's boss. Although he does not fully understand or believe in her powers, he does believe in Allison as a person and her abilities to help others.

Sandoval has also appeared in over 36 feature films including Blow with Johnny Depp, Get Shorty with John Travolta, Clear and Present Danger with Harrison Ford and Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park.

Sandoval was recently nominated as Best Actor in a Drama Series by the Imagen Foundation.
